Waste Collection Schedule

PROPER WASTE DISPOSAL GUIDELINES FOR A CLEANER COMMUNITY

• Garbage bins must be placed within the boundary walls of your villa and should not be left in common areas such as sidewalks, walkways, or streets.
• Please clean your garbage bin and the surrounding area regularly to avoid unpleasant odours and maintain overall hygiene
• All garbage bags should be securely tied before placing them inside the bin to help contain odours and discourage pests.
• Garbage collection will follow the scheduled days and will be handled by the designated waste management service provider.
• Recyclable items should be placed in the designated recycling bin in front of each villa. These will be collected as per the scheduled recycling day.
• Dumping of any kind of waste, including garden clippings, cardboard boxes, or bulky items in common areas, is strictly prohibited. Such actions negatively impact the community’s aesthetics and hygiene.
• For bulk waste disposal (e.g., furniture, huge carton boxes. large appliances, or construction debris), residents are required to arrange collection directly with Dubai Municipality bulky waste collection service or a licensed third-party service provider. Please note that bulky waste removal is not part of the standard services provided by community management.
• Please inform your domestic helpers or maintenance staff of these practices to ensure everyone involved follows community waste protocols.
