Dubai Marina Towers

The first development to be completed in Dubai Marina, Dubai Marina Towers is by far the most prestigious property in the area. The complex comprises six towers, namely Murjan, Al Mass, Fairooz, Mesk, Al Yass, and Anbar. The towers vary in height from 16 to 37 storeys with over 1,026 apartments between them, offering accommodation ranging between one and five bedrooms, along with 64 three and four-bedroom villas.

The residential buildings sit above the fashionable market retail promenade which include a supermarket, as well as a variety of indulgent cafés and restaurants for residents to explore. There are also essential stores that include a pharmacy, nursery, clinic, a dentist’s clinic and dry cleaners and laundry store.

The neighbouring walkway presents the ideal opportunity for morning strolls and cycle rides, with the numerous benches offering a chance to sit back and take in the surreal marina views. Events ranging from Halloween to kids’ parties take place in the community, where residents gather to participate, enjoy live performances, and share the community spirit.
