Communication is key, and education is important – we focus on both to inform and
engage our residents

We publish regular newsletters, to residents to tell them about the latest news and developments within their community. We also organise a number of campaigns throughout the year to boost residents’ awareness of issues pertinent to living in their community. We educate and inspire them with posters and fun events to engage rather than simply to dictate.

We encourage participation in sustainable activities and offer guidance on energy use in the home; as well as the use (and safety) of community amenities and news of extra service innovations. We’ve even launched a campaign that has gone on to be adopted nationally, the “Say No to Damas Trees” campaign, where we aim to eradicate the species within our communities as the tree roots can cause damage to underground community infrastructure.

All of these campaigns help to inform, educate and create a real sense of cohesive community spirit.
