Emaar South is home to common outdoor kids’ play areas, each of which feature a number of exciting play equipment for junior residents. Climbing frames with slides and poles, rope bridges, spring rockets, swings and numerous other equipment are surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens.
The rubberised anti-slip flooring ensures adequate grip while helping cushion the impact of any falls. The play areas are shaded and also feature benches, allowing parents and supervising guardians to relax and keep an eye on their children. The kids’ play areas are open from 7 AM to 10 PM. Children must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
All the gymnasiums are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for all your cardio and strength training needs. In addition, shower areas and changing rooms with lockers are also available.
Furthermore, to prioritize safety and deter unauthorized entry into the facility, residents are required to record their name and unit details on entry and sign out before they leave.
Personal trainers are required to get in touch with the Community Security to register themselves and obtain a permit.
The gym is open from 6 AM to 10 PM.
All communities in Emaar South have their own swimming pools as well as a special shaded children’s paddling pool. The facilities are enclosed and supervised by a full-time lifeguard from 7 AM through to 10 PM, every day.
Each pool is set within a paved terrace, lined with sun loungers and parasols to provide shade. There are showers and changing rooms for residents too.
Residents may also appoint their own personal trainers (certified by Dubai Sports Council) to coach them at the community pool. For this, trainers are required to obtain their gate pass from the security gatehouse by submitting the necessary documents in order to gain access to the community.

For the adrenaline junkies among you- look no further than your community’s very own skate park! The park offers a selection of custom-built ramps which are plied with a special coating that offers amazing grip.
The park is open from 8 AM to 10 PM and is for the exclusive use of residents and their guests. Residents are advised to wear a helmet and appropriate protective gear while using the skate park. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
