The Old Town Residences

The Old Town Residences is a homage to old Dubai, with accommodation ranging from one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments across low-rise three-storey apartment buildings to a number of exclusive mid-rise towers with penthouses. The development takes many architectural cues from the original Al Bastakia neighbourhood of Bur Dubai.

Earthy tones and materials are used to recreate the gypsum, clay or sarjool plastering used in the early twentieth century, which contrasts with the dramatic towers of the surrounding Downtown Dubai community and Burj Khalifa. The Old Town is split into six different districts: Yansoon, Reehan, Miska, Zaafaran, Zanzabeel and Kamoon.

Community fact: The Old Town Residences is home to 1549 apartments across 225 floors.
