Barbecue stations

reem

There are twelve barbecue stations spread throughout the community. All stations have picnic tables installed nearby to allow residents to enjoy an outdoor grilling session with their families and friends. The stations are coal-based and are fitted with two levels of removable grill plates, enabling different delicacies to be prepared simultaneously.

The barbecue stations can be booked by logging into this website and are open from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM.

Note: Grilling pork or consuming alcohol is not permitted at the barbecue stations.

Walking trails

Reem features over 12 km of walking trails that meander throughout the communities, taking residents through their own neighbourhoods and offering the chance to explore others too.

Volleyball courts

The community is home to a full-size volleyball court, located next to the skate park near Mira 4. Complete with a sandy surface meant to mimic playing at the beach, the white sand helps cushion any falls, allowing players to safely enjoy the game with complete freedom.

Tennis courts

There are five full-size tennis courts available to residents of Reem. The courts are enclosed with a high fence and surfaced with state-of-the-art, multi-layered acrylic and layers of latex, allowing players to enjoy the game for longer durations.

Swimming pools

All communities in Reem have their own swimming pool as well as a special shaded children’s paddling pool. The facilities are enclosed and supervised by a full-time lifeguard from 7 AM through to 10 PM, every day.

Skate park

Located near the volleyball court at gatehouse 1, the skate park offers a selection of custom-built ramps, including two half-pipes and a quarter-pipe for skateboarders and BMX enthusiasts.
