Emaar Community Management’s customer engagement initiatives brought home the winner’s title at the Smart Built Environment Awards. The awards were held on 23 September 2022 at Ritz Carlton, DIFC.

ECM brought home the Best Community Engagement Initiative of the Year for its home services programme, sustainable-centric projects and resident-driven engagements that recognized the team for having gone the extra mile to truly reach out to the community and building a sense of community among our customers.

ECM was also awarded the Runner Up for Best Community Management Company of the Year for its outstanding efforts, processes, degree of innovation and benefits to its homeowners and residents.
